ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The 1st respondent, viz., Ms.S.B.Deepa in the present habeas corpus petition, had also filed H.C.P.No.1468 of 2016 in respect of the same, detenu, Mr.Vasanthakumar. The said habeas corpus petition was disposed of by this Court on 02.01.2017.

2. In view of the fact that the 1st respondent, who is none other than the wife of the detenue, Mr.Vasanthakumar, had already filed HCP.No.1468 of 2016 and the same was disposed of by this Court, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this habeas corpus petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
