This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for committing contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.17317 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024, thereby this Court observed that the petitioner is entitled for subsistence allowance and the respondents were directed to complete the enquiry within a time frame.
