This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2024.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.58/2024 on the file of the respondent Police. He further submitted that last hearing this Court directed to conduct enquiry and the petitioner appeared for enquiry before the 1st respondent. 3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4
