O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 19.01.2015 in Crl.OP.No.817 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.R.Aldrin, Inspector of Police, CCBII, Team-22, Greater Chennai (Mobile No.9498143372), is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, on 10.07.2015 and the same was returned for certain compliance.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the respondent-Police will re-present the final report within four weeks after complying with the returns.

5. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent-police to represent the final report as stated above.
