This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.2 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.2 of 2015 on 02.02.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 was completed and Charge sheet was filed in C.C.No. 20 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur and thereafter, the case has now been transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Salem.
