ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to final report in FIR No.365 of 2015 dated 25.12.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.365 of 2015 for offence under Section 420 IPC has been registered and the investigation is almost completed.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
