ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 386, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.3408 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have filthily scolded, assaulted and extorted a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that there are twenty three previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are twenty three previous cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
