By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the land admeasuring 3003 sq.ft. in S.No.35/1A3 Plot No.3, Amman Nagar, Cherapancherry Village, Thiruperambatur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and it was acquired by way of registered Sale Deed dated 27.01.1994 registered as Document No.196 of 1994. The petitioner would submit that she wants to utilise the land and for that purpose, she requires a clear measurement and in this regard, she submitted a representation dated 19.03.2015 to the second respondent after paying necessary fees to measure and give a sketch of measurement and though it was acknowledged, she is not favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation/application, directs the second respondent to consider the representation/application dated 19.03.2015, in accordance with law, after putting notice on concerned persons and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
