ORDER

This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the original copy of the impugned arbitral interim order dated 27.11.2025 in Arbitration Dispute 2025-3874-6605-1902 issued by the first respondent, vide e-mail, dated 05.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the dispense with petition and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the dispense with petition is ordered as prayed for, on condition that the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the impugned order within two months.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter without any delay.
