PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct a comprehensive verification of manual, archival, legacy and precomputerization records relating to the savings bank account(s), deposit account(s) and safe deposit locker(s) of Late K.Ramanathan and Late R.Jayanthi at State Bank of India, Vellore Branch and to reconcile and correlate the said bank records with SBI Mutual Fund investment records including Folio No.307108 - Magnum Triple Plus Scheme -91 and to furnish certified copies of all available records and permit inspection thereof to the petitioner, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court and pass orders. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. No costs.
