JUDGMENT

This is a suit for partition and the parties have compromised the matter. A Memorandum of Compromise dated 16.09.2021 is filed before

the Court. All the parties have logged in and confirmed their quantum.

2. This Court interviewed all the parties through virtual mode, and it is satisfied that they have amicably settled the matter. The memo of compromise is recorded and taken on file. The decree be passed in terms of the compromise.

3. The suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the memo of compromise dated 23.09.2021. The parties are given two weeks time to file necessary non-judicial stamp paper for engrossing the decree.
