A.Nos.4019 and 4020 of 2016 in O.P.No.158 of 2015 M.M.SUNDRESH,J., By considered order, this Court was pleased to hold that the petitioners/applicants have succeeded to the Estate of the deceased K.Kittu.

2.A.No.4019 of 2016 has been filed seeking inclusion of schedules 2 to 5 which has been left out by inadvertence and also for the reason that the applicants were not aware of it earlier.

3.A.No.4020 of 2016 has been filed seeking permission to the applicants to pay the succession duty amount of Rs.26,750/- by way of Court fee instead of paying the amount to the RBI Challan.

4.Considering the scope of the prayer and taking note of the earlier order, these applications are ordered.
