Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.
PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 03.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.2085 of 2020.
2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the said condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation, is relaxed, in so far as the Petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned. In so far as the Petitioners 1 and 4 are concerned, they should comply with the order of this Court, dated 03.02.2020, without fail.
