Alleging that the order of this Court dated 25.10.2016 passed in O.S.A.No.213 of 2016, has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that similar matter is now pending with the learned Single Judge. Hence, the learned counsel sought liberty to place all the matters before the learned Single Judge concerned, so as to decide the issue commonly. 3.Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
