ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12852 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14596 of 2023, dated 21.08.2023, that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on every first and third Saturday of every month, until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12852 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14596 of 2023, dated 21.08.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
