..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 3rd respondent to accept the arrears amount of electricity consumption charges in installments as per the representation dated 05.04.2011 made by the petitioner herein.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 3 to accept the arrears amount of electricity consumption charges in installments as per the representation dated 05.04.2011 made by the petitioner herein.

2. It is now represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire arrears amount demanded by the respondents that a sum of Rs.3,69,630/- has been paid.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
