This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to enquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.183 of 2015 and the same was closed by the 2nd respondent, on the ground that the petitioner is not co-operating.

4. On reading of the complaint, it is alleged by the petitioner that her husband is not taking care of her properly. It is open to the petitioner to approach the matrimonial Court for appropriate relief.
