This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2081 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2081 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
