This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025 and issue his Degree Certificate, Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets pertaining to B.Sc. Medical Course for the academic years 2018-2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined B.Sc. Medical Course in the fourth respondent Institution for the academic years 2018-2021 and completed the said Course. Even after completion of Course, the fourth respondent has not issued Degree Certificate, Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets pertaining to B.Sc. Medical Course, therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 04.11.2025 to the first respondent, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents Nos.2 and 3 submits that the second and third respondents are nothing to do with the course pursued by the petitioner in the fourth respondent Institution and the fourth respondent is not coming under the purview of the second respondent.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondent Nos.1 and 4, notice to the respondents 1 and 4 is dispensed with.

6. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
