This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 29.01.2019 and restore the C.M.A.No.2521 of 2007 which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the compensation amount has been withdrawn by the claimants.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, nothing survives in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
