ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.K.Sathish, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.

However, on the complaint given by the counter part, the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet forwarded the private complaint filed by the counter part under 112 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, considering the age of the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.05.2018, 02.10.2018 and 05.02.2019 and conduct an enquiry and file a final report in the manner known to law.
