(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above Arbitration Appeal against the order of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, in Arb.O.P.No.139 of 2008, dated 07.12.2024.

Even though the appellant is not a party to the Arbitration Original Petition, since the appellant is the acquisition body, it is just and necessary party. Aggrieved by the order of the learned Principal District Judge, the appeal is filed with the delay of 151 days.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned.
