This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying the first and second respondents to withdraw the case in Crime No.36 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.36 of 2016 was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani, in C.C.No.31 of 2016.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
