ORDER

This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to who debut any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police. 2.

On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in pursuant to the registration of FIR in Crime No.110 of 2023, the accused 3 to 9 were arrested under Section 41(a) of Cr.P.C. Further the first accused still absconding and the respondents are searching about him. Now the investigation is almost completed and about to file a final report. 3.

Considering the above submission, if the investigation is transferred to any other officer, it would affect the investigation done by the second respondent. Hence, this Court is not inclined to transfer the case. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
