ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. After going through the contents of the petition, we find that the petitioner seeks relief of recovery of the land of which he claims to be the owner. This is reflected from agreement to sell.

3. No writ can be issued directing the private respondent to vacate the land. It is open for the petitioner to take appropriate civil remedy.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
