Mr.Jothikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 13.09.2017 and pass orders on the same. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for deleting the names of some third parties, which are included in the allotment order issued to the petitioner on 03.07.2017, along with the petitioner's name, which according to the petitioner, is an erroneous entry. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has addressed the said representation only to the first respondent. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to make such representation to the Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board, more particularly, the fourth respondent herein, who in turn, will consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent and give a fresh representation within a period of two weeks. On receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent will consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner as well as the other interested parties within a period of six weeks thereafter.
