ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to pass an order directing the second respondent to register a case on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.565 of 2014, before the second respondentPolice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
