The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Inspector of Police, R-2 Vadapalani Police Station, Chennai to register the FIR as per the order passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13042 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the direction passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13042 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021, a case in Crime No.4 of 2022 has been registered by the respondent.
