PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings Number in No.Na.Ka.A4/1442/2012 dated 19.11.2019 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal arbitrary violating the natural justice and thereby the respondents preference to the petitioner consequent of death of the petitioner's father late G.SORNAKARAN on 22.02.2009.
