This Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution passed by this Court dated 26.10.2018 in W.P. No. 4640 of 2013 and to restore the same.

2. When the matter came up on 26.10.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Miscellaneous petition is allowed and the order of this Court dated 26.10.2018 is set aside. Consequently, the writ petition in W.P.No. 4640 of 2013 is restored.
