This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.9184 of 2017, dated 17.04.2017

the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order dated 09.02.2018. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the order dated 09.02.2018.

3. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. The contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
