This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order dated 30.07.2024 of this Court in W.P. No.11425 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent herein to revisit the

order of suspension dated 04.11.2020 and place the petitioner in any one of the non-sensitive post, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order till completion of the criminal case/disciplinary proceedings.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 30.07.2024 in W.P. No. 11425 of 2024 has been complied with.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
