O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's son viz., Karthick, aged about 25 years and set him at liberty.
2. The respondent police now produced the detenu before this Court. We have examined the detenu Karthick. He informed that he was not in illegal detention of anybody and out of frustration, he left his parents' home.

In view of the fact that there is no illegal detention of the detenu and the detenu has been produced before this Court, he is set at liberty. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
