The petitioner is the mother of 21 months old child. A submission is made to the effect that the respondent/husband has taken away the child on 11.05.2016. Immediately, the petitioner filed a petition for interim custody in I.A.85 of 2016 and the same is pending till date.

2. Considering the fact that the child is at tender age and the mother seeks custody of the child, it is desirable that the Courts shall dispose of such petitions, at the earliest. Therefore, a direction is given to the learned Principal District -Cum-Sessions Judge, Vellore to dispose of I.A.No.85 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.20 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
