O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for a correction to be carried out in the patta. 2.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the first respondent and a notice has been issued to the petitioner on 13.03.2020, by informing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner that the enquiry is fixed on 30.03.2020. The petitioner has been directed to attend the enquiry along with all the relevant documents. A copy of the notice was also furnished before this Court.

In view of the above development, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to first respondent to conduct the enquiry strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
