This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.566 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.566 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
