O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to alter the offence in Crime No.260 of 2019 dated 23.06.2019 under Section 174(3) of CRPC registered by the 5th respondent to Sections 302, 304(B), 120-B, 201 & 498 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Cr.No.260 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C, after the investigation, has been altered to one under Section 306 IPC.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed.
