ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 332, 427 and 506(II) of I.P.C, in Crime No.29 of 2022 seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that, on the direction of this Court in C.M.P.No. 2971 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022 the FIR was registered on 02.03.2022 and investigation has disclosed that no such occurrence has occurred on 11.02.2022 as alleged in the complaint and therefore the complaint has been closed as mistake of fact on 03.03.2022.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the complaint has already been closed as mistake of fact, the apprehension of arrest has no legs.
