Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that further action in regard to FIR registered by the first respondent police in Crime No.33 of 2020 against the petitioners/accused for the offence under Sections 120(B), 409 & 420 I.P.C has been dropped and in this regard, Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) dated 01.08.2023 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. A copy of the said RCS has also been forwarded to the second respondent/de-facto complainant. 2/4
