Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents submitted that all the units of the Mill was declared closure compensation was settled to all the employees of the Mill. The petitioners in the above writ petition also received the same. He has also produced a letter in Ref: PTC/2023-24/21, dated 09.01.2024.
