ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2743 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025.

2. This Court vide order dated 04.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2743 of 2025 had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.301 of 2023. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial crisis, the petitioner is not able to deposit the said amount. He further submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-, within a period of two weeks. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2743 of 2025 vide order dated 04.02.2025 and the petitioner is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.301 of 2023 before the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
