O R D E R

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition to reopen the case has been filed on the ground that the petitioner was not furnished with a closure report by the Police.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the earlier order passed in W.P.No.7498 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 will suffice for the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate Court and file an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The enquiry was conducted by the Police even before FIR was registered and therefore, there is no question of furnishing the closure report to the petitioner. Hence, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court and file the application along with the order passed by this Court on 21.03.2024.

3. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
