This revision has been filed against the fair and decreetal Order of the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem made in I.A.No.11 of 2011 in A.S.No.48 of 2007 dated 12.04.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the appeal itself has been disposed of by the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem and nothing survives in this revision.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
