ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The petitioner has come up with the writ petition seeking to quash the notice of the second respondent dated 26.03.2015. 2.We are informed that against the impugned order, an appeal is pending consideration. Thus, at this stage, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the case. The authorities before whom the appeal is pending consideration shall decide the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantime, if there is any application for interim relief, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the application, which may be filed, if not filed, within a period of one week. Status quo already granted shall be maintained for a period of three weeks.

3.With the above observation and direction, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
