Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble High court in Crl.MP.No.1130 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.33143 of 2019 order dated 29.01.2020 in Cr.No.148 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SMRITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e.,on the 1st and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1130 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33143 of 2019, dated 29.01.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
