ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to settle the terminal and other monetary benefits standing to the credit of the petitioner's husband pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2026, within a time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2026 and to pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
