(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) When the review petition was taken up for hearing on 08.07.2024 and 09.07.2024, none appeared for the applicant. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the review applicant. Thus, we have decided to take up the matter for final disposal.
We have perused the grounds raised to review the order passed in W.A.No.808 of 2012 dated 23.04.2012. The writ court has elaborately considered the merits and dismissed on 15.03.2012. The writ appellate court, since do not find any reason to interfere, dismissed the writ appeal. The challenge before the writ court was the notification issued under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001. Page No.2 of 4

Therefore, we do not find any reason to entertain the review petition, as there is no error apparent is identifiable and consequently, the review petition stands dismissed.
