Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants submitted that in the order dated 18.02.2025 in the above suit, typographical error had crept in the appearance portion of the learned counsel for the defendants and hence, it needs correction. It is inadvertently mentioned in the said order that Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel appeared for the 8th defendant instead of the defendants 2, 3, 5 and 6.

3. In view of the above submission, it is corrected as Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel appeared for the defendants 2, 3, 5 and 6.
