This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 66 days in preferring the above Review Petition as against the judgment and decree passed by this Court in S.A.No.1975 of 2000.

2. Mr.D.Kamatchi, learned counsel for Petitioner/Review Applicant submitted that due to age old ailments for the past 2 1⁄2 years, the petitioner was not able to contact his counsel to take further course of action and only during the second week of February 2019, he gave instructions to file the Second Appeal. However, there is a delay of 66 days in filing the above Review Application arose, which is neither willful nor wanton. Therefore, he filed this petition to condone the delay in filing the above Review Application.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Registry is directed to number the Review Application if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter today at the end of list.
