PRAYER in both C.R.Ps.: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.07.2013 in I.A.Nos.58 & 59 of 2013, respectively, in O.S.No.22 of 2011 passed by the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri. For Petitioner : M/s.P.Valliappan For Respondent : No appearance - - - - - C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.07.2013 in I.A.Nos.58 & 59 of 2013, respectively, in O.S.No.22 of 2011 passed by the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (20.02.2019), the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit was disposed of, against which, an appeal has been filed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters.
3. In view of the above-said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. In the event of the suit is pending and the statement of the learned counsel is not correct, the revision petitioner is at liberty to file an application to revive the petitions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 20.02.2019 asi
